Cinco de Mayo Cervesa
On the 5th of May, the boys from Brian's Belly fiesta along with our Mexican amigos for Cinco de Mayo. Our own little traditional gathering was started by Belly Buddy John Carroll who has an unhealthy, some would say obsessive infatuation with Salma Hayek. The holiday gives him an excuse to have a big party at his house and talk endlessly about her without too much eye-rolling from his wife.
Of course, if you're Mexican, this day symbolizes the strength and determination of the Mexican people during the Battle of Puebla in 1861. Either way... bebemos como pescados.
