9 J Rushmore» Amazing even good warm ! That is a true test of a beer's flavor , 5.9 percent is a good time and no hangover ?!!? How do those germans do it ?!

11 Erik» My local Costco carries Spaten Oktoberfest by the case! I'll be drinking this beer through Thanksgiving now. w00t!

11 321» I love this beer, but I am a fan of the style, so my opinion is "tilted". I do have one very important question.. Why the heck is it in a green bottle??

0 Beer Lover» Too bitter. Blah!

10 unter den bieren» one of the best

10 Dolt» Excellent beer -- fine Marzen brew

11 Mike D» Yip Yip Yip Yefs. I spend the last of my cash on a 12 pack of this stuff but i needed my fix.

10 Adam» Good october fest beer goes down easy with little to no after taste. Only draw back is I only have a 6 pack.

9 Georgia Asphalt» Quite tasty, but their regular lager is my fave.

11 Joseph» only have 3 left till 2007 batch, love this beer

10 Otto» Only thing wrong with it is that it hard to find.

11 Revan» Wonderful, outstanding beer. Deserves every word of this review.

11 Badboy» I have tasted several Oktoberfest beers, and this one is the best by far

11 Bungsta» I was looking for some Spaten Bock, and found this instead, can't complain! In fact, I think I like this almost as much as Spaten Bock (my favorite beer). A great beer.

11 Cóir» One of the best beers I've ever had the pleasure of drinking. It has such a great balance, such a great, smooth flavor. Just enough bitterness to give it taste, not quite enough to call it a bitter beer.

9 Humppa» Wow. I think that about does it. Summer is just starting to really get rolling, and nothing beats sitting on the back porch with a few of these.

10 Herr Hofmann» Exceptional!

11 Herr Gedenk» The very best bier I have ever drank and the first time was at Oktoberfest in 1978. When it appeared in the local Publix, I knew I had done something heroic in a previous lifetime.

3 GERMAN» Bottled German beer is not German beer. Find it somewhere on tap.

10 Rickyrick» Spaten Oktoberfest is in my opinion absolute perfection. Every aspect of this beer is off the charts.

11 Brady» My favorite beer of the seaon...

6 monkaass» Great beer but maybe its the bottle, but it doesn't seem to have the substance of other oktoberfest beirs

9 Snowchik » When I think of this time of year,I think of great Octoberfest beers like this one. This beer is right up there with the best of them.

11 Rickster» Tried it a few months ago and I refuse to drink anything else (but sometimes I have to). Just thinking about the next time I'll have some brings tears of joy to my eyes! I highly recommend!

11 Dan MD» awesome beer, cant ask for much more. The taste of something designed for tastes with the alcohol of somethin designed to get you drunk. What more could you want.

11 relectant beer belly» The only beer who's after taste is even better than the sip itself.

4 Vodkalager» Blech. Go with Hacker-Pschorr or Paulaner if you want a Marzen with substance. Nothing quite like an AMBER Marzen.

4 Nate» Wow, I don't get the reviews of this beer. I thought it was below average Octoberfest. I only had a six pack, so maybe it had been handle poorly.

11 Safetyguy, T-Town» I had the pleasure of enjoying a pitcher of Spaten Oktoberfest at Tulsa's Octoberfest last night. It was the first time that I had drank it and it won't be the last!! I hope that I get to drink it sooner than later.

10 RJ» Love it!

10 NY Ram » The perfect beer for Fall. Paulaner is my preference fir this style, though. Nothing beats Spaten's Optimater, though.

8 The Dude» The Dude imbibes.

11 Brian NYC» Don't stop there. Spaten also produces a very fine ale. If you don't mind the prices, then treat yourself to both.

11 KIRCH» As good as the Lowenbrau Special I had at the Munich Ocktoberfest. Most superior beers in the world are Bavarian and Spaten "O" is one of the best, if not the best!

11 Doc» The best damn beer made in the world. I love the stuff. Great beer.

9 Vodkalager» I think I like Hacker-Pschorr better - it's a bit richer. But still, drinking this beer brings back good memories of the 2003 ALCS. Looking forward to buying this again.

7 Flad» Not bad. This beer serves its purpose as a good beverage to ring in Octoberfest with. There's really nothing spectacular about it however.

3 Shamrock» The Germans cant make a very good beer.

11 Steve from Otown» I had the pleasure drinking this one at Old Germany restaurant in Winter Park, FL. (http://www.oldgermanyrestaurant.com) We have great weather but lousy beer here in central Florida. So I loved being able to drink draft Spaten Oktoberfest!

7 Joe Parker» Good beer not the greatest though.

8 Philip» crap, i accidentally hit clear instead of post. So here's a summary- good, but Paulaner is better.

11 Milwaukee Drunk» All time best beer. So good. It's a mind eraser too.

11 rusty 17 alt münchen» Sorry about the cubs but why punish yourself. This bier well make it ALL better

8 davebach» I had this last weekend at our "Bach-toberfest" party. Although I didn't remember much the next day, I did remember the good beer.

11 chimike» sorry, a great beer but I'm drinkin Old Style till the CUBS take it to, at least, the pennant. that is what octobrfest is all about on this side of the pond. F the krauts, WE GOT BASEBALL. It's no weding party, but I'd rather be at Wrigley than dancin the macarana.

11 Christian Selich» the best
